I'm launching a YouTube show.

It's called Diamond Ops Weekly — a weekly breakdown of the Diamond Dynasty card market. What's moving, what's stalling, where the flip opportunities are, and which cards are about to spike before most people notice. Every week, fresh data, real analysis.

The channel is @diamondops-rgl on YouTube. Go subscribe if you're a serious Diamond Dynasty player and you want an edge on the market.

But the show isn't the only thing launching. The timing here is deliberate.

Why a Show, and Why Now

The Diamond Dynasty market moves fast. Cards spike after attribute updates. Undervalued players get buried under thousands of listings and nobody surfaces them. Flip windows open and close in hours. If you're not watching closely — or if you don't have the tools to watch it for you — you miss it.

Diamond Ops Weekly is my attempt to fix the signal problem. Every week I'll go through the data, walk through what the market is actually doing, and call out the cards and trends worth paying attention to. Not highlights. Not hype. Just honest market reads from someone who's been building tools to track this stuff for a while.

If you've ever watched a card you owned go from 500 stubs to 4,000 and thought "how did anyone know that was coming?" — that's exactly what the show is designed to answer.

The Platform That Goes With It

Here's the part I'm really excited about: the DiamondOps web platform is heading into beta this spring.

DiamondOps already has live iOS apps — StubOps for market tracking, RosterOps for lineup building. But the web platform is a different thing. It's a full market intelligence dashboard built to look and feel like a trading platform, not a spreadsheet. Real-time card listings, price history charts, buy and sell order data laid out so you can actually read it at a glance.

A few things I think are worth calling out:

Flip Finder — automatically surfaces cards where the spread between the buy and sell price makes a profitable flip possible, after the 10% marketplace tax. No manual scanning. No guessing. It just shows you where the edge is.

OpScore — a proprietary ranking system I built for card value and efficiency. No other tool has this. It's not just price — it factors in card quality, market position, and how undervalued or overvalued a card is relative to what it actually does. The show will reference it constantly.

Portfolio Tracking (Pro) — connect your collection once and track its total value over time, see your best and worst performers, and know exactly what your binder is actually worth at any given moment.

Web-based games with leaderboards — Diamond Dynasty-focused games free to everyone, with global leaderboards. Web versions of PitchGuessr and TunnelVision are also part of the platform for subscribers.

And one thing that matters if you're already using the iOS apps: one subscription covers everything. Pro on the web platform is the same Pro you already have on your phone. One login. Same account. No double-paying for the same access.

The Show and the Platform Are Built to Work Together

This isn't a coincidence. Diamond Ops Weekly surfaces the signal — what's moving, what's worth watching, where the market is going. The DiamondOps platform is where you act on it. The show tells you what to look at. The platform shows you the data. The iOS app keeps you notified when something hits your target price.

One ecosystem. Built by a Diamond Dynasty player, for Diamond Dynasty players.

I've been building tools for this game for a while. I know what information is actually useful mid-session versus what's just noise. That's what I'm trying to build — not a fan site, not a database dump, but a serious tool with a serious UI that treats you like you know what you're doing.

The Beta — Small and Intentional

The beta is not a mass signup. I'm looking for roughly 10 people — serious Diamond Dynasty players who actually care about the market side of the game and will use the platform regularly, poke at things, and tell me honestly what's working and what isn't.

Beta testers get one free year of Pro in exchange for genuine feedback. That's the deal. Use the platform, watch the show, send me real thoughts. No feedback, no Pro unlock.

If that sounds like you, fill out the beta application on the site — tell me a bit about how you play Diamond Dynasty and what you're hoping to get out of the platform. I'll be selecting testers personally. You can also reach me directly at headghoul@retroghostlabs.com.
